Beaver Meadow Veterinary Clinic COVID-19 Protocols

We are so happy to see our patients’ again!  This has been a challenging time for our communities and we are all looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to the safety of our staff, clients and patients.

Our office follows infection control recommendations made by the American Veterinary Association (AVA), as well as the federal regulations from the CDC and OSHA. The current recommendations for patient care include the standard precautions that we’ve always adhered to. In addition, we have implemented additional disinfectant protocols throughout the day.

You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We have made these changes to help protect our patients and staff. For example:

Hour Changes- Monday-Wednesday 8am-6pm Thursday, Friday 8am-5pm. Closed weekends.

We are now providing modified Curbside Care. When you arrive, please wait in your car and text (315) 896-2658 or call to let us know you have arrived. When your pet’s room is ready, one of our technicians will text you, meet you at the door, and you can accompany your pet to their exam.

Masks Required – Regardless of vaccine status, we kindly ask you to wear a mask at all times interacting with our staff.

Please rest assured that we are taking all precautions to stay open for your furry family members!
